The terms, in plain words

The “*Terms & conditions apply” on our poster means these four things:

1. The embassy / government visa fee is not included. It is paid separately, at actual cost, and we tell you the exact amount before you pay anything.
2. Our ₹40,000 service fee is paid in full before we start your application.
3. If your visa is refused, we reapply for you free of cost — no second service fee. Only the embassy fee for the new application is payable.
4. This fee is for tourist / visitor visas only. We do not handle study, work or PR visas.
