Switzerland visa FAQs
Should I apply to Switzerland or another Schengen country?
Apply to Switzerland if you spend the most nights there. If nights are equal, apply to the country you enter first. We check your itinerary and confirm the right embassy.
When should I apply for a Switzerland visa?
Up to 6 months before travel and at least 15 days before. For summer trips, start 2–3 months ahead — appointments fill up fast.
What if my Switzerland visa is refused?
We reapply for you free of cost — you don't pay our ₹40,000 service fee again. We review the refusal reasons, strengthen your file and refile it. Only the embassy fee for the new application is payable.
Is the embassy fee included in ₹40,000?
No. ₹40,000 is our service fee, paid in full before we start your application. The embassy / government visa fee is paid separately at actual cost, and we tell you the exact amount upfront.
Visa rules and fees change often. This guide was last reviewed in October 2026 — we confirm the latest requirements with you before you apply. Official source: Swiss State Secretariat for Migration.
